Your instant price includes your selected item and embroidery. Enter sizes and quantities to see your finished price. Quantity discounts apply automatically to the complete custom-item price: 5% at 12 items, 10% at 24, 15% at 48, 20% at 100, 25% at 250 and 30% at 500. Extra locations change the price. Digitizing, tax, shipping and rush are additional.

Embroidery is available on chest locations, cap fronts and backs, beanies, visors, bag panels, apron fronts, and towel or blanket corners. The studio shows the supported locations and width limit for your product. Screen printing is available on chest, front and back locations where the garment preview supports them. Screen printing requires at least 12 items of the same style, color and design; mixed sizes count together. For smaller quantities, choose DTF transfers at dtfsatransfers.com. Choose the number of ink colors for each screen-printed location so your instant price reflects the design.

PNG, JPG and PDF files, plus DST stitch files for embroidery, up to 10 MB each and 25 MB combined. PNG and JPG files show on your garment preview. A transparent PNG works well for a logo preview. PDF and DST artwork is attached to your order without an image preview. Embroidery artwork that is not DST automatically adds one $50 digitizing/setup fee per order. A ready-to-stitch DST file skips that fee unless you select digitizing or rework. The setup fee is separate from quantity discounts.

Choose a location, upload your artwork, then drag it within the preview area. You can also select the logo and use the arrow keys to adjust it. Hold Shift for larger steps. Set its width with the size slider or use Reset position. The mockup is a visual guide; physical dimensions are checked before production.

Yes. Enter the quantity for each available size in the studio. One-size caps and accessories have their own quantity field. Your total reflects your chosen sizes and color. Sizes of the same style, color and design count together toward quantity discounts.

Select Review & checkout to check your design, enter contact details and choose pickup or shipping. When online payment and stock verification are available, continue to secure Stripe payment. Your order page shows payment confirmation and order status.

Both options appear at checkout. Pickup is in San Antonio; confirm pickup details with InkNiche before visiting. Shipping requires an available shipping rate and your address is collected during secure payment.

Yes. Next-day rush is $50 per order, with a cutoff before 2:00 PM Central. Choose rush at checkout for local pickup. Contact InkNiche to confirm rushed shipping arrangements.
